Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Preston is responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, forging partnerships, and positioning the firm as a trusted leader in multiple sectors, including commercial, hospitality, senior living, and multi-family housing. He generates new business and develops client-focused strategies that align with market trends and project goals.
Deeply committed to his community, Preston serves as Board Chair for The Moore Center, is a member of the Amoskeag Industries Board, and contributes to the NH Court Accreditation Commission, in addition to serving on multiple advisory boards.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
“I've always been more of a night owl than an early bird, so I usually enjoy every minute of sleep before my alarm goes off..”
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“Working with fun, talented people to figure out how to make projects happen is the best part of my job. Being part of a team that takes a project from concept to completion is very rewarding for me.”
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
“In my free time, I enjoy golfing, working in the yard, and tackling small projects around the house. I also love live music and traveling.”
