PROCON is honored to have received an Eagle Award at the 2026 ABC NH/VT Excellence in Construction Awards for the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus! 🏆 The vision for the campus was clear: to provide veterans, service members, and their families with affordable, accessible housing and support services in one place. Bringing that vision to life meant preserving the character of the historic buildings while adapting them for new uses and improving accessibility. Phase I delivered 29 affordable apartments, a hub for veterans’ services, and spaces where people can connect and build a community. Thank you to the Associated Builders and Contractors New Hampshire/Vermont and the voting committee for this recognition, and congratulations to everyone who helped make this project possible!

A new chapter begins for the historic Hallsville School in Manchester, NH! PROCON celebrated the groundbreaking of the 1891 school’s transformation into 36 affordable apartments, alongside Novo Studio Architects, the development team, Governor Kelly Ayotte, Manchester, NH Mayor's Office, and the project partners. The building will take on a new purpose, providing safe, welcoming homes while maintaining much of its original character. The renovated spaces will incorporate historic architectural features including the original hardwood floors, 14-foot ceilings, and slate chalkboards. We’re proud to be part of a project that honors the building’s past while bringing much-needed affordable housing to the community!

Congratulations to our Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Michael Lawrence, on his appointment to The Granite YMCA Board of Directors! Through his experience leading teams and working collaboratively toward shared goals, Michael brings a valuable perspective to this new opportunity. As a board member, he will help support The Granite YMCA’s mission to strengthen communities through youth development, healthy living, social responsibility, and family strengthening. We’re excited to see Michael contribute to an organization that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of so many throughout our region!

It’s been a busy fall connecting with the next generation of industry professionals! Over the past several weeks, the PROCON team has visited colleges and universities across the region, meeting with students interested in pursuing careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. We’ve enjoyed learning about their career goals, sharing PROCON opportunities, and building connections with the next generation of industry professionals.

As construction continues to progress at Liberty Lane Apartments, PROCON joined Tidemark and The Kane Company to host a Subcontractor Appreciation Lunch! The event was an opportunity to recognize the hard work and dedication of our subcontractors, whose efforts continue to bring this project to life. The team enjoyed lunch from Blue Ribbon BBQ, raffles, and some well-deserved time to celebrate their progress. Let's keep the momentum going as we work toward a successful project completion!

Take a look at the recently completed Thompson's Point Dual-Brand Hotel in Portland, ME! The five-story, 148-room development brings together two distinct Marriott brands under one roof. The Residence Inn offers comfortable extended-stay accommodations, while the Moxy features vibrant, modern spaces inspired by Portland’s creative spirit. We’re proud to have been the construction partner to XSS Hotels and Colwen Hotels to bring these two unique hospitality experiences to life.

Congratulations to our Senior Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Chris Lizotte, on his appointment to the Granite United Way Board of Directors! As a leader at PROCON, Chris brings valuable experience, a collaborative perspective, and a commitment to making a positive impact in our communities. In this role, he will help support Granite United Way’s mission to improve lives by bringing people and resources together to address critical community needs. We’re proud to see Chris contribute his leadership and expertise to an organization dedicated to strengthening communities across New Hampshire

PROCON recently participated in the annual Plan NH Golf Classic, joining fellow industry professionals for a day of golf, networking, and giving back. This annual tournament raises funds to support Plan NH’s mission and Scholarship Fund, helping advance its work in shaping New Hampshire’s built environment. Members of the PROCON team are taking their leadership skills to the next level through the Associated Builders and Contractors New Hampshire/Vermont's NH/VT’s Future Leaders in Construction (FLiC) program. Through this experience, participants are strengthening their communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills while learning from and collaborating with industry peers. At PROCON, we’re proud to support opportunities that help our employees grow as professionals and leaders who will make a lasting impact working in the construction industry.

Putting safety systems to the test! ✈️ Our team recently completed a fire suppression foam test at one of our aviation hangar projects, an important step in verifying that the system is operating as designed and is ready to protect the facility and aircraft within it. Another milestone checked off as work continues to move forward on this project!

PROCON was proud to attend the ACE Mentor Program of New Hampshire Fundraising Breakfast and celebrate another year of supporting the next generation of architecture, construction, and engineering professionals. As a founding member of ACE NH and a Gold Sponsor, PROCON has been committed to the program and its mission from the beginning. We’re especially proud that our Vice President of General Counsel, Kim Cochran, and one of our Senior Project Managers serve on the Board of Directors to help create opportunities for students to explore careers in our industry. It was great to hear the support for our industry from Mayor Jay Ruais, ACE NH participants, and Keynote Speaker Kate Korbas. Thank you ACE Mentor Program of New Hampshire for continuing to connect, mentor, and inspire the next generation!

As Phase II continues at the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus, PROCON was proud to bring together campus residents and staff, along with our subcontractor partners, for an afternoon of great food and ice cream. The afternoon gave us a chance to thank our subcontractors for their continued hard work and to show our appreciation for the residents and staff who make up this special community. Last Thursday was a memorable night for PROCON at the AIA New Hampshire Design Awards. Our team gathered among local design firms to celebrate an exciting night of recognition for PROCON’s award-winning design work.🏆 The Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus received the Rick & Duffy Monahon Award for Design Excellence in Architectural Restoration and Preservation, and our Arts Alley project received the People's Choice award, voted on by the architects in attendance. Having two PROCON projects recognized in one night is a proud moment for our team and a reflection of the creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful design that goes into our work. We’re grateful to our clients, partners, and project teams who helped bring each project to life.

Another PROCON Golf Classic is in the books! ⛳ Some members of the PROCON team recently played a round of golf at The Oaks in Somersworth, NH, for our annual tournament. This event is always a great opportunity for our team to get outside the office, spend time together, and enjoy a little friendly competition. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this year’s tournament another great one!

We’re proud to share that the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus has received the Rick & Duffy Monahon Award for Design Excellence in Architectural Restoration and Preservation from AIA New Hampshire! Designed and built by PROCON, this transformative adaptive reuse project brought new life to eight historic buildings on the Daniel Webster Farm in Franklin, NH, creating affordable veteran housing, a centralized Hub of Services, and a Retreat Center. Balancing historic preservation with modern accessibility, energy efficiency, and functionality, the campus gives these buildings a renewed purpose while honoring the history and character of the original campus. We’re proud to be recognized for this meaningful project by AIA New Hampshire!

As a Best Places to Work Hall of Fame company, PROCON was proud to take part in the 2026 Breakfast with the Best! Senior Vice President of Marketing Tracey Pelton joined the event’s panel discussion, while our Employee Experience Manager Mirela Juric led a CultureFest roundtable conversation focused on workplace strategies and shared ideas. The PROCON team came together at Camp Foster last Friday for our annual Corporate Meeting & Employee Appreciation Day! Following a team lunch, John Stebbins led our annual meeting, where we welcomed new employees, recognized milestone anniversaries, and shared updates on the exciting work happening across PROCON. This year’s meeting centered on how we Make Building Easier and the role each team member plays in delivering that experience for our clients, partners, and one another. The afternoon included our annual softball game and cornhole tournament, along with plenty of time to catch up and enjoy the day together. It was a great way to reconnect, celebrate another year of hard work, and have some well-deserved fun.

To thank our field teams and subcontractors, PROCON brought Ben & Jerry’s ice cream to our job sites throughout the summer for a well-deserved treat. Behind every successful project is a team of people putting their skills, experience, and commitment into the work each day. We’re proud to recognize our PROCON construction team, trade partners, subcontractor partners, and the craftsmanship, collaboration, and dedication they bring to every project.

Great spaces can take on new life through thoughtful design and construction. By reimagining existing spaces to better serve the people who use them, our integrated design-build approach creates functional, engaging environments built for what’s next. This before-and-after highlights the transformation of the Student Union at Merrimack College. The renovation turned the existing space into a vibrant hub for student life, complete with a bowling alley, eSports gaming area, golf simulator, and a café for students to gather and connect.

The Mark Stebbins Community Center has officially opened its doors following a special ribbon-cutting celebration honoring the life, vision, and legacy of our late CEO, Mark Stebbins. Mark’s commitment to his community and the people around him left a lasting impact, both at PROCON and throughout New Hampshire. It is incredibly meaningful to see his legacy honored through a space that will bring people together and serve the community for years to come. We are proud to celebrate this special milestone alongside the Stebbins family, friends, government officials, and community members as we carry his name and legacy forward in such a meaningful way.

Each year, the PROCON officers cook and serve our employees a great meal in recognition of the hard work and dedication our team puts in throughout the year. This year, they fired up the grill and served up a BBQ lunch for the PROCON team in celebration of Labor Day! 🍔🌭 It’s always a great opportunity to come together, enjoy great food, and celebrate the people who make PROCON what it is. Thank you to our officers for hosting and serving lunch, and to our entire team for all that you do. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend!

Last week, we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of Blair Talbot Motors’ new facility in Dover, NH. Designed and built by PROCON, the new facility expands Blair Talbot Motors’ luxury and exotic automobile service and storage capabilities with expanded service bays, vehicle storage, and customizable private garages. The celebration brought together clients, business partners, community leaders, automotive enthusiasts, and members of the PROCON team for facility tours, live music, speeches, and an impressive collection of Porsche, Ferrari, and other classic automobiles. We’re proud to have partnered with Blair Talbot Motors to bring their vision to life and support their continued growth.

PROCON was back at Gillette Stadium for this year’s Patriots Premiere! 🏈 Through our long-standing relationship with the Kraft family and Rand-Whitney, several PROCON team members had the opportunity to attend this special evening benefiting the New England Patriots Foundation. We’re grateful to continue this tradition, celebrate our team, and support the important work of the New England Patriots Foundation.

The event takes place August 26–27 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Manchester, NH.
