Congratulations to Erik Anderson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, on his appointment to the Board of Directors of AIA New Hampshire.

Two of our Architecture Summer Interns were recently on site at an aviation hangar project, where they had the opportunity to learn about and participate in LiDAR scanning. From capturing precise site conditions to seeing how this technology supports the design and construction process, it was a great opportunity to gain exposure to LiDAR and how it is used in the field.

We’re excited to continue our partnership with Easterseals New Hampshire at the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin, NH as Phase 2 construction gets underway! 🚧
This phase includes the restoration of the historic Burleigh Cottage and construction of a new Recreation Center, creating expanded opportunities for therapeutic, educational, and recreational programming. The new facility will feature an indoor riding arena, stables, kennel facilities, classrooms, a climbing wall, ropes course, and other support spaces designed to serve military members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion anticipated in May 2027.
St. John's Prep broke ground on the new Memorial Student Commons this past week.
PROCON is excited to help transform this historic dining hall into a vibrant hub at the heart of daily campus activity. The project will modernize dining operations, create welcoming spaces for collaboration and connection, and provide flexible areas for programming, mentorship, and student engagement. The Memorial Student Commons is scheduled for completion in August 2027, just in time for the start of the 2027–2028 school year.
We’re proud to partner with St. John’s Prep, Flansburgh Architects, and Scalora Consulting Group on this exciting transformation and look forward to bringing this vision to life.

Last week, Team PROCON proudly participated in the Eversource 5K Run & Walk for Easterseals New Hampshire as they celebrated their 90th anniversary!
At PROCON, one of our core values is Health, and events like this are a great reminder of the importance of supporting both personal wellness and community well-being. We were especially excited to see a member of Team PROCON cross the finish line in 1st place!

Partnering with Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT), PROCON is proud to serve as the design-builder for the new Home2 Suites by Hilton in Portland, Maine. This 94,664 SF, five-story hotel will bring 130 guestrooms to the heart of Portland, all within a compact footprint. The first floor will feature the hotel lobby, meeting rooms, a fitness center for guests, and three retail spaces designed to activate the streetscape and enhance the guest experience.
3,500 SF of retail space at the corner of Middle and India Streets, an ideal location for a restaurant and/or other commercial use in one of the most sought-after locations in downtown Portland, will be available for purchase.
Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion anticipated in May 2028. We’re excited to deliver another premier hospitality destination.

We held another impactful Safety Stand Down at our Liberty Lane project last week. Throughout May, our teams participated in stand downs across our job sites in recognition of Construction Safety Week, reinforcing the conversations and practices that help keep everyone safe on site every day.

This week, members of our team represented PROCON at the NBAA White Plains Forum at Westchester County Airport ✈️
We showcased our design-build expertise in aircraft hangars, connected with aviation industry leaders, and discussed the evolving needs of aviation infrastructure. Events like these are a great opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and stay engaged with the industry's future.
Today, PROCON joined fellow contractor firms at the New Hampshire State House to advocate for the passage of SB 88. Hosted by Associated Builders and Contractors New Hampshire/Vermont, the trade event brought contractors and legislators together to discuss the importance of fairness in bidding on state public projects — ensuring opportunities are awarded based on merit and qualifications, not solely union affiliation.
