22 Green Street, a 135-unit apartment complex in Somersworth, NH, is progressing even through the snowy winter months. Currently, the second-floor truss, deck, and panels are being placed, the structural steel podium is just about complete, and under-slab utilities continue throughout the project. It is slated to be completed in Spring 2026. Kudos to the entire team!

PROCON’s Annual Chili Cookoff brought the heat once again! Judges tried each of the seven delicious chilis and chose the “Best All-Around” and “Most Unique” Chili. The competition was fierce, and the flavors were unbeatable.

Located in Milford, NH, this Shared Services Operations facility will manufacture critical parts for aircraft engines. The PROCON interior design team recently participated in the 1st annual J&J Flooring Helping Hands event. Over 75 A&D firms participated in decorating 90 trees. The PROCON team took home First Place with their magical Unicorn Tree! The best part was spreading joy; the decorated trees from the event were gifted to children at a nearby hospital. Huge kudos to our interior design team for their creativity and kindness!
Today, the PROCON team welcomed Hooksett Police Department K-9, Ares, for a special meet-and-greet. This year, PROCON proudly donated $5,000 to the K-9 Police Program to support Ares' introduction to the community and enhance the department's ability to serve and protect Hooksett. We thank the Hooksett Police Department, the dedicated K-9 team, and Ares for their unwavering commitment to keeping our community safe!

Year after year, our team steps up to help those in need, and one of our favorite community events is shopping for children from The Granite YMCA during the Christmas season. This year, PROCON, Tidemark, and Coolcore teamed up and shopped for 134 children aged 7 months to 17, supplying them with items from their wish lists. A shout out to our team who is making the holiday season brighter for those in our community!

We're thrilled to share that the PROCON Granite United Way Campaign has wrapped up, raising over $113,649 and with PROCON's dollar-for-dollar match, totaling over $227,298! We thank our fantastic team for donating, attending the week's events, and listening to inspiring speeches from local non-profit organization leaders. These funds will directly support charities making a meaningful difference in our communities and the lives of those in need. Way to go, team PROCON!
