This past Friday, 24 dedicated members of Team PROCON/XSS/Tidemark, along with their families and friends, took part in the 11th Annual Waypoint SleepOut. With the incredible support of our donors, Team PROCON raised over $85,329 to help end youth homelessness.
The event raised an impressive $302,399, funds that will directly support shelters, essential services, and other vital Waypoint initiatives to end youth homelessness in New Hampshire.
We want to thank our PROCON team members, clients, partners, subcontractor partners, families, and friends who came together to support this important cause. Your generosity and commitment are making a real difference in the lives of young people in our community and state. Tonight, our PROCON team advocates will participate in the 11th Waypoint SleepOut. Advocates will, remotely at their location of choice, sleep outside to raise our collective consciousness about youth experiencing homelessness and to raise funds to help stabilize and transform the lives of those affected. Lorna Lavelle, a 4-year PROCON team advocate, speaks on why she continues participating in the event. Check back later tonight as Lorna will be updating us and reflecting on the night.

This month, our leaders leveled up their skills through fun hands-on activities like the Feedback Tower and Continuous Feedback Pipeline, proving that clear and timely feedback drives success and an engaged, high-performance workplace. Last week, PROCON’s Executive VP of Architecture Erik Anderson, and SVP of Architecture Matt Wirth attended the 50th Annual Distinguished Citizen Awards, hosted by Scouting America. This award honors individuals who demonstrate extraordinary leadership, community service, and inspire the next generation to lead with integrity.

22 Green Street, a 135-unit apartment complex in Somersworth, NH, is progressing even through the snowy winter months. Currently, the second-floor truss, deck, and panels are being placed, the structural steel podium is just about complete, and under-slab utilities continue throughout the project. It is slated to be completed in Spring 2026. Kudos to the entire team!
