We Said to Stay Tuned, and This is the BIG News
In 1973, the National Labor Relations Board outlined requirements for "double-breasted" companiesโfirms that operate both union and non-union businesses under the same ownership. In response, Pro Con Inc. was established as a non-union, merit shop construction firm and a subsidiary of Blanchard Stebbins, Inc.
This moment in 1973 marks the official beginning of the PROCON name with a new logo.
