Coming to a job site near you...our newly wrapped trailer! Back in late April, we hosted an after-hours design contest and invited our talented design team to participate. The challenge? Create a graphic design for our new 45-foot trailer, which will soon be hitting PROCON job sites. To raise the stakes, a $500 prize was awarded to the winning design—and we’re proud to announce that the honors went to Cameron Reid, whose creative concept truly stood out. Thanks to Lifesize Wraps, Cameron’s design has been brought to life with incredible detail and quality. We can't wait for you to see our newly wrapped trailer in action at future job sites!

We were honored to welcome Governor Kelly Ayotte, representatives from Grappone Automotive, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester, Eversource NH, and Ford executives to PROCON this morning to celebrate the kick off of Ford's national Building Together campaign with Grappone Ford Mobile Service! Grappone generously provided complimentary mobile oil changes to customers in exchange for donated food and supplies, all in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs’ summer program participants. This incredible partnership highlights the power of community collaboration in making a real difference. A special thank you to Eversource and the Hooksett Police Department for stopping by with donations and showing their support for this meaningful event!

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 – 𝟗𝟎 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬: In the mid-80s, Mark Stebbins takes over Pro Con, Inc. as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Under his direction, the company began a period of strategic growth and transformation, and his vision and leadership played a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and long-term success.

𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧: 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗺 𝗞𝗼𝘇𝗮 During his summer internship with PROCON, Adam is gaining real-world experience in the construction field. As one of our “floating field interns,” Adam has had the opportunity to visit just about every active PROCON job site this summer. In the photo here, Adam is at the site of Russo Hall at Dartmouth College where he is operating a surveying instrument called the total station, which is used to determine precise point coordinates. Working alongside field engineer, Justin LoPilato, Adam’s responsibilities also include checking sidewalks for ADA compliance, providing building control, creating anchor bolts as-builts, and verifying subcontractors' work and resolving on-site issues; all of which continue to sharpen his technical expertise within the industry as well as enhance his problem-solving skills. Adam shared with us that he genuinely appreciates the strong team culture at PROCON where collaboration, mutual respect, and a family-like atmosphere define the work environment. “𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆,” says Adam. “𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁.” We’re proud to have Adam on the PROCON team this summer and are excited to watch him continue to grow in his construction career. Earlier this week, Freudenberg-NOK celebrated the grand reopening of its newly renovated Northfield facility today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Nearly a year ago, the company enlisted PROCON to renovate a portion of its existing space to accommodate additional staff relocating to the site. The 8,100-square-foot renovation was successfully completed by PROCON’s design-build team. As part of the event, the Tilton-Northfield Fire Department received an $11,000 joint donation from PROCON and Freudenberg in recognition of the department’s continued dedication to serving the community. The funds will be used to purchase new fitness equipment, supporting firefighters not only in their physical readiness for emergency response but also in promoting their overall health and well-being. Congratulations to everyone who made this milestone possible!

In celebration of all their hard work on the Kittery Home2 Suites project, our design-build team and all of their subcontractors enjoyed a catered lunch today from Blue Ribbon BBQ. With this exciting project rounding the corner to final completion, we wanted to show our appreciation for our awesome field team that truly makes the magic happen. We’re thrilled to celebrate a major professional milestone for Alexander Wimsatt, a key member of our Structural Design team - he’s officially a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Hampshire! Alex dedicated four months to early mornings, late nights, and weekend study sessions to reach this goal. With the support of PROCON’s leadership and training teams (and the flexibility to work from home one day a week), he had access to comprehensive prep resources and the time to put them to use. We're proud to support our team members in their growth, and even prouder to celebrate their success. Way to go, Alex! 👏

We hit a construction milestone at the site of Russo Hall, Dartmouth's newest student residence hall. Just last week, the steel structure for the new building was completed. Russo Hall is planned to open Summer 2026.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 – 𝟗𝟎 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬: After graduating from Dartmouth College and working in real estate development at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City, Mark Stebbins returned to New Hampshire in 1979 to join his father, Herb Stebbins, in the development business.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Jameson Solomon He’s currently on-site with the team in Somersworth, NH, at the 22 Green Street Apartments, where he plays a vital role in quality control. In this photo, Jameson is conducting a window inspection to ensure every installation meets our standards and specifications. But that’s just one part of his day; he’s also documenting progress through photos, updating daily logs in Procore, and coordinating directly with subcontractors to keep things running smoothly. Mark Stebbins’ vision will soon become a reality with the opening of the Mark Stebbins Community Center next fall. Our late CEO was passionate about uplifting communities and creating brighter futures for children. This new center will bring his dream to life by hosting both Amoskeag Health and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester, offering accessible child and healthcare programs directly within the neighborhoods that need them most. Big developments today at the future site of Rooftop Social, the upcoming rooftop bar at Arts Alley Concord NH. A sleek Airstream travel trailer, set to become the venue’s signature bar, was hoisted into place, marking a major milestone as PROCON and subcontractors work toward the planned grand opening in August 2025. Final touches are underway, and momentum is building for what promises to be one of Concord’s newest unique destinations!

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 – 𝟵𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: With Pro Con, Inc. officially established in 1973, the next step was clear: leadership. Owen Pierce was appointed President of the newly formed company, while Herb Stebbins continued his role with Blanchard Stebbins, Inc. Owen would go on to lead Pro Con, Inc. as President for nearly two decades, serving until 1992.

He’s currently on-site with the field team at our Concord, NH DoubleTree renovation project, playing a key role in reviewing millwork submittals, confirming field dimensions, and verifying blocking locations.
