PROCON was proud to partner with Signature Aviation on a fast-tracked renovation to support Boston MedFlight. Within just one month, our team transformed existing hangar office space into ready rooms, offices, and essential support areas for 24/7 operations. This project was made possible by the incredible generosity of our partners—Denron Hall Plumbing & Heating, Hampshire Fire Protection, National Granite, Kamco, Boisvert Electric, Partitions Plus, and Northeast Recycling—many of whom donated or discounted services to support this important nonprofit. Delivered on time and under budget, it was an honor to contribute to a mission that saves lives every day. 🚁

New Hampshire's business superheroes assembled last Thursday night at the 2026 BOB Awards Party in Concord, a celebration of the companies helping shape the Granite State's business community. 🦸‍♂️ We're proud to share that PROCON took home two honors this year: 🏆 Best Commercial Architectural Firm 🏆 Best Commercial General Contractor Voted on by the community, these awards reflect our team's commitment to excellence, doing the right thing, and making building easier for our clients. It is our fourth year recognized for architecture and our first year receiving recognition for construction — a milestone made possible by the incredible people behind every PROCON project. Shout-out to Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus for winning Best Non-profit project. We are proud to be part of such an important project. Thank you to everyone who voted and to the New Hampshire business community for a "Superhero" night of celebration.

All of our conference rooms at PROCON are named in dedication to influential leaders in our history, including the John Samenfeld, Owen Pierce, and Herb Stebbins conference rooms. When we designed our upstairs expansion, it was a no-brainer that our newest conference room would be named in honor of our late Chief Executive Officer, Mark Stebbins. The new conference room overlooks our main entrance and prominently features the PROCON logo through the windows. The room is used for internal team meetings and for many external client meetings held at our headquarters. Like our other conference rooms, the Mark Stebbins Conference Room recognizes Mark's legacy and impact at PROCON, ensuring he is never forgotten by both longtime and new employees.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐍 – 𝟗𝟎 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬: In 2020, we completed a 53,000-square-foot, two-story design-build distribution and operations center for Unitil in Exeter, NH. The facility includes office space, a warehouse, vehicle storage, and a wash bay. Sustainability was central to the project, reflecting Unitil’s strong commitment to environmental stewardship. Features include electric vehicle charging stations, low-flow water fixtures to reduce water consumption, and dark-sky-compliant exterior lighting to minimize light pollution and protect wildlife. The building is both LEED-certified and WELL Gold-certified. We are proud to have partnered with the Unitil team to deliver this impactful and forward-thinking project.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 Meet Megan, our first intern of 2026, joining us from Wentworth Institute of Technology as an Architecture Intern at PROCON! As we recognize Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to highlight the talented women helping shape the future of our industry. Megan is currently working with our Design & Engineering team on an expansion project at Easterseals NH. In addition to her design-focused work, Megan shared that visiting PROCON’s job sites and seeing construction progress firsthand has helped her connect the dots across the entire building process. “Out of the office, I've been enjoying visiting construction sites, learning more about the construction management department, and seeing the progress and problem-solving onsite, which has been a useful experience that I can apply to my design work.” Shown here most recently, Megan joined our team at the Bartlett Street Apartments in Portsmouth for a site tour. We’re proud to support the next generation of women in construction and design and are excited to see Megan continue to grow this spring. Keep up the great work, Megan!

Women in Construction Week, established in 1960 by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), was created to promote and support women in the industry. Now observed annually during the first full week of March, WIC Week aligns with Women’s History Month to recognize the strength, expertise, and growing impact of women across the construction industry. While the industry has evolved significantly since 1960, the importance of creating opportunities, fostering leadership, and building inclusive teams remains as strong as ever. Today, PROCON is proud to have 33 female employees, including three members of our executive leadership team. This week, we recognize and celebrate the dedication, knowledge, and leadership of the women at PROCON who continue to help shape the construction industry.

We proudly celebrate #WomeninConstructionWeek and recognize the incredible women of PROCON who help bring our projects to life every day. From design and engineering to project management, field operations, and corporate operations, the talented women across our organization play a vital role in designing and building beautiful spaces and making the building process seamless for our clients. As part of our Core Value, Innovative, and our commitment to continuous improvement, our Mechanical Engineering Manager, Jon Simard, PE, recently attended the AHR Expo in Las Vegas. The AHR Expo, the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition, is the largest HVAC event of the year, bringing together more than 1,800 exhibitors and 50,000 industry professionals from around the world. While onsite, Jon explored the latest HVAC technologies, identified emerging industry trends, and gained valuable insights to help PROCON remain at the forefront of innovation. With HVACR professionals representing every sector of the industry in attendance, the Expo also provides meaningful opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. The AHR Education Program featured industry seminars, panel discussions, rapid-fire new product presentations, accredited courses, and live podcasts, delivering practical insights that we can apply to continue providing forward-thinking solutions for our clients.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 - 𝟵𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: In 2006, construction was completed on our Capitol Commons project in Concord, NH. The 102,000 SF mixed-use office building is eight stories tall and features an array of tenants, including a restaurant, retail, and office space, as well as a 10,000 SF theater. As part of the scope, a 177,000 SF municipal parking garage with 510 spaces was also constructed to support the new building and address limited downtown parking. An aerial photo shows Main Street in 2006, twenty years before the iconic Arts Alley building was designed and built by PROCON just across the street from Capitol Commons. A recent photo from the fall of 2025 captures the backside of Arts Alley, where the glass façade of Capitol Commons can be seen across the way. For more than 90 years, PROCON has made a tangible impact on the New Hampshire skyline, and it is exciting to look back on how far we have come!

Last week, the team for our Liberty Lane project hosted their bi-weekly OAC meeting at SNHU, welcoming more than 30 students for a firsthand look at day-to-day life in the construction industry. With the PROCON office located just five minutes from campus, SNHU was the perfect setting to both conduct business and engage the next generation of construction management professionals. The team walked students through the ins and outs of the Liberty Lane project, providing an update on its current status and sharing insight into PROCON’s unique design-build process. They then transitioned into their regularly scheduled OAC meeting, reviewing project updates and outlining action items for the days ahead. A special thank you to our friends at Southern New Hampshire University for welcoming us into the classroom and giving us the opportunity to mentor and inspire future industry leaders!

This year’s PROCON Chili Cookoff featured 10 chefs competing for the coveted titles of “Most Unique Chili” and “Best All-Around Chili.” While many participants return year after year, more than half of this year’s chefs were first-time entrants, bringing a fresh variety of flavors to the competition. With ten delicious chili entries to sample, the event truly stirred everyone’s taste buds and made for a fun afternoon on a cold February day. Congratulations to our two winners: Monica Oum for “Best All-Around Chili” and Cameron Reid for “Most Unique Chili.”

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 - 𝟵𝟬 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀: It's hard to believe that the beautiful headquarters we call home was renovated eight years ago back in 2018. Due to rapid growth, reconfiguring the PROCON office was necessary to expand space for our growing team and renovate outdated areas. The 26,000 SF expansion included the development of a new lobby, cafeteria, training room, and additional offices to house PROCON's construction operations team. Conceptualized by PROCON's in-house design and engineering team, the renovated building features a modern-industrial aesthetic that highlights PROCON's brand colors of red and grey throughout the exterior and interior.

We’re excited to share that the Stebbins Family will receive the 2026 Walter R. Peterson Award from the Community College System of NH, honoring their decades of commitment to education and community service across New Hampshire. Through their philanthropic efforts, the Stebbins family has demonstrated a deep commitment to education and to strengthening communities across New Hampshire by supporting nonprofits focused on health and human services, youth and family programming, civic life, and community development. Presented by The Foundation for New Hampshire Community Colleges, this award recognizes individuals and families who embody Governor Walter R. Peterson’s legacy of public service and dedication to higher education. Congratulations, Stebbins Family!

We’re proud to share that Jen Stebbins Thomas has been recognized by The Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth with the 2026 CelebrateHER Award for Large Business Leader of the Year. This award honors women who demonstrate exceptional leadership, tenacity, and strength in organizations with more than 50 employees. CelebrateHER spotlights women who lead with courage, creativity, and purpose across the Seacoast community. Jen exemplifies all of that and more through her continued commitment to excellence as Managing Director and Owner at PROCON, and partner at Tidemark and XSS, along with her deep dedication to community service and board leadership throughout New Hampshire. Jen currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Waypoint, New Hampshire’s oldest child- and family-focused nonprofit, and also serves on the Greater Boston Directors Advisory Council at M&T Bank and as a Corporator at Bangor Savings Bank.
