What gets you out of bed in the morning?
“For the past 15 years, it’s been making sure my daughter has breakfast! After that it is the truly dynamic and innovative work atmosphere that we have here at PROCON. There is never a dull moment. We are always growing, changing, and improving. Our business has constant challenges that we have overcome, and my experience has been that I learn something new every single day.“
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“I love insurance and risk management, but I also love watching a deal come together and how it manifests into the contract and ultimately a beautiful project. I like the challenge of being of service to all departments and working with many different people. I love that PROCON stands by its work product. My experience has been that we work with our customers to resolve issues before they become situations that need to be managed from a legal standpoint. I knew this well before I came to work here, and I am proud to be part of the customer-focused, solution-based take on risk management.“
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
“Skiing in the winter, beach in the summer with a book, knitting, watching my daughter figure skate, and watching sports on TV.”
Tell us about your family:
“I have been married for 16 years to Tom, who owns a retail kitchen and bath business in Salem, NH. He loves golf but sadly has no time to play. I have a 15-year-old daughter, Kelsey, who is a Sophomore at Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua. She is an accomplished figure skater and loves Synchronized Skating.”
