Justin Zeimetz

Vice President  of Preconstruction

Justin brings more than 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry and leads PROCON’s Preconstruction Department, overseeing quality control, cost estimating, and purchasing.

Since joining PROCON, he has strengthened the firm’s preconstruction services through strategic planning, disciplined cost management, and a highly collaborative approach that sets projects up for success from day one. Justin works closely with clients, design partners, and project teams to align vision, budget, and schedule, proactively mitigate risk, and guide subcontractor coordination and logistics. His leadership ensures a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction and delivers clarity and confidence at every stage of the process.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

“First and foremost, my family. I’m motivated every day to support them, be present, and make the most of the time we have together. That perspective keeps everything in balance and reminds me what really matters.

Professionally, I’m energized by the opportunity to build something meaningful, whether that’s a project, a team, or a better process. I enjoy solving complex challenges and helping bring clarity to situations that can feel uncertain or fast-moving. Knowing that the work we do impacts clients, communities, and the people who use the buildings we construct gives real purpose to what we do.”

What do you enjoy most about what you do?

“What I enjoy most about preconstruction is that it’s where strategy meets execution. It’s the phase where we can truly influence outcomes — aligning design, budget, schedule, and expectations before construction begins. I value the collaboration that happens during this stage, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and our construction teams to create a clear path forward. When we can proactively solve issues early and set our projects up for success, that’s incredibly rewarding.”

What do you enjoy doing for fun?

“In the summer months, you’ll often find my family and me spending weekends on Lake Winnipesaukee. We love being on the water — boating, swimming, and just enjoying time outdoors together. During the winter, we’re usually on the slopes skiing, and throughout the year we enjoy hiking and staying active outside. Being outdoors and spending quality time together is how we recharge.”

Tell us about your family:

“My wife, Sarah, and I have two young children, Jameson and Olivia, who keep us busy and constantly on our toes. We also have a yellow lab mix named Jasper.”
