Jen Stebbins Thomas

As Director of PROCON, Jen Stebbins Thomas is the fourth generation to lead the family business in its 88-year existence. She brings a developer’s mindset to PROCON’s leadership, having led the financing and legal divisions of affiliate XSS Hotels for over a decade. Since taking leadership role of PROCON, she has built lasting relationships with development partners with a commercial project’s portfolio throughout the Northeast. She currently serves on the board of Waypoint NH, the oldest human services and children’s charitable organization in New Hampshire. Jen is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences and Economics.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
“Gratitude for a chance to tackle interesting challenges and hopefully help people along the way!”
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“I love helping people turn their dreams into a reality. Being part of the entire process from an idea through to a grand opening celebration is incredibly rewarding.”
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
“Our home in Maine is my happy place, and I have a big vegetable garden with a bunch of blueberry bushes scattered around. I love when the kids help out, picking snap peas or digging for carrots. They get so excited to see how the garden changes week to week!”
Tell me about your family?
“My husband, Dylan, and I are raising three amazing children, two girls and a boy. They make each day so fun! We are grateful to have a close extended family as well.”
