Gregg oversees PROCON’s financial strategy, ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term growth. He leads the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making. Gregg prepares and analyzes forecasting reports, reviews cash flow and investment strategies, and manages key vendor and banking relationships. Additionally, he ensures compliance with financial regulations, optimizes cost management, and enhances operational efficiency. Gregg also collaborates with leadership to assess risk, drive profitability, and support sustainable business growth.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
“I am motivated to get out of bed in the morning by a desire to make the most of every day. When I'm not putting my energy towards PROCON, I look forward to working on projects around my home or helping my family with projects at theirs.”
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“I most like to prepare accurate financial statements and projections of future revenue. Construction is a challenge because the financial results depend on job profitability estimates. The final results won’t be known for months or years.”
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
“I enjoy taking on any and all projects around the house. I also enjoy being active, hiking, snowmobiling, exercising, and going for runs outside. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my four grandchildren.”
Tell us about your family:
“My wife and I have three adult children, all married and settled locally. With them all living so close, we can spend a lot of time together. We are especially grateful because this allows us to see our four grandchildren whenever possible.”
