Chris brings 30+ years of experience to PROCON. Renowned for his ability to manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects, he combines strategic oversight with a keen attention to detail that ensures design excellence.
His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the mixed-use development at Portwalk Place, a Class A office building at 145 Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, NH, and a nine-story Dual Brand Hotel at Station Landing in Medford, MA. His current projects include Liberty Lane Residences with 248 apartments in three buildings in Hampton, NH: an 80-unit mixed-use building in Lowell, MA, and 75-unit mixed-use project in Manchester, NH. With expertise spanning multi-family, hotel, office, and manufacturing facility design, Chris continues to shape innovative, high-quality developments.

What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“Creative problem-solving. Working with others in a collaborative manner to solve complex problems, navigating the many challenges during a project to achieve a successful result for all involved is very gratifying.”
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
“Spending time with my wife and family. I also enjoy exercising and walking the dog and really like to work on projects around the house and property. Planning and then physically completing the work is very rewarding.”
Tell us about your family:
“My wife and I have been happily married for more than 34 years. Our son and daughter are successfully on their own, we are adapting to being empty-nesters and eagerly awaiting grandchildren. We also have a beagle, Jessie, who loves tearing his toys apart.”
