What gets you out of bed in the morning?
“Discipline – if I am faithful and consistent in the little things, it will translate into the other areas of my life and work. Hunger – literally and figuratively. I strive to be the best, and that drives me every day in all that I do.“
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“I love leading, mentoring, training, and interacting with our field team. I have loved construction from a young age and enjoy the process of construction.”
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
“Wake surfing and hiking and watching the boys play sports.”
Tell us about your family:
“Married to my beautiful wife Kristen for 20 years, and we have two sons. Caleb is a junior in high school and loves running cross country and model railroads, and Josiah is a freshman in high school and loves basketball and hunting. Marko is our 10-year-old Yorkshire Terrier puppy.”
