Design-build of a Friendly Toast restaurant on the ground level with second-level function space, The Venue, and the third-level Rooftop Social, an open-air destination, with panoramic views of downtown Concord, with crafted cocktails, and shareable small plates.
A courtyard between the main building and a restored carriage house features outdoor seating and a fully restored diner that will serve as a special-event space.
