PROCON Announces Key Leadership Promotions Strengthening Architecture, Engineering, Field Operations, Marketing and Preconstruction Teams

Hooksett, NH – PROCON, a leading fully integrated design-build firm serving New England, announced a series of leadership promotions of six respected leaders whose expertise and commitment to excellence have been paramount to its success. These promotions strengthen the firm’s executive team and ensure continued leadership stability under Chief Executive Officer John Stebbins, the fourth-generation Stebbins family member to lead the firm.

As part of its long-standing commitment to leadership development and internal advancement, these six key promotions will further support its value proposition of industry leadership in design & construction as they continue to make building easier.

  • Mike Lawrence, AIA, NCARB, has been promoted to Vice President - Architecture & Engineering after 13 years at PROCON. With over 27 years of industry design experience, he will lead the private aviation and senior living design studios at PROCON.  Mike has designed the Pro Star Aviation Hangar and headquarters in Londonderry, NH; Hitchiner Manufacturing Shared Services Operations Center; multiple projects for UNITIL Corporation, and many senior living communities across the Northeast.  Lawrence has played a critical role in advancing PROCON’s architectural practice, leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative, client-focused design solutions.  He brings to his new leadership position a forward-looking perspective that aligns with our long-term vision for design excellence and innovation. He has received the PROCON Client Advocate award for his ability to earn lasting partnerships with our clients and his ability to deliver an exceptional product.
     
  • Justin Zeimetz has been promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction with over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry. In this role, Justin will oversee and manage PROCON’s Preconstruction Department, which encompasses quality control, cost estimating, & purchasing.  Zeimetz has consistently strengthened PROCON’s preconstruction services through strategic planning, cost control, and a collaborative approach that organizes and prepares projects for success. He has emphasized engagement with clients, stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment on project vision, budget and schedule while mitigating risk, supporting subcontractor coordination and logistics to facilitate a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.  This promotion reflects PROCON’s continued investment in strengthening its preconstruction capabilities as a core strategic driver of project success and organizational growth.
     
  • Kent Beirne, AIA has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Architecture & Engineering entering his 21st year of service at PROCON and he has over 36 years of experience in the AEC industry. He will continue to lead the hospitality design studio, which, under Beirne’s leadership, has been instrumental in shaping PROCON’s integrated architecture and engineering platform, fostering innovation and technical excellence across complex project types. Some of Kent’s award-winning projects include Tuscan Village Mixed-Use Development in Salem, NH, AC Hotels in Portsmouth and Medford, Fairfield Cambridge, MA and Residence Inn at Portwalk in Portsmouth, NH.  An industry expert in hospitality design, Kent’s knowledge and experience has proven invaluable to both clients and colleagues as hotel standards and regulations become more complex, and costs continue to be a challenge.
     
  • Christopher Lizotte, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Architecture & Engineering, leading the multifamily residential and commercial office design studios. Lizotte continues to elevate PROCON’s multidisciplinary design capabilities, championing sustainable, high-performance solutions and strong client partnerships.  He is known for his ability to multi-task complex, multimillion-dollar projects with an eye toward the crucial details that contribute to project excellence. His accomplishments include successful and award-winning designs for hotels, office buildings, and manufacturing facilities. Some of his notable projects include Liberty Lane Multifamily in Hampton, NH; the multi-use Portwalk Place Lot 3, and the Class A office building at 145 Maplewood Avenue, both in Portsmouth, NH, and Can One USA Headquarters in Nashua, NH.
     
  • Ben Saturley has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Field Operations and has been with PROCON for 19 years.  While starting as a lead superintendent overseeing projects like Jet Aviation in Bedford, MA, multiple projects at Gordon College and Merrimack College. After his promotion to General Superintendent – Quality Control, Ben focused primarily on workmanship oversight and training, as well as on tackling the team’s most complex constructability challenges. In recent years, he has overseen projects such as Easterseals NH Military and Veterans Campus in Franklin, NH and Tuscan Village in Salem, NH.  As SVP of Field Operations, Ben is responsible for all PROCON field staff and site logistics for all of PROCON’s construction projects.  While maintaining a safe worksite for all employees, subcontractors and site visitors, Ben ensures maintenance of all project schedules and strives to deliver the highest level of quality finished product for clients.  Ben also oversees the warranty process, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience throughout their project lifecycle. He is highly skilled at evaluating construction drawings for accuracy, efficiency, and constructability, and at working with our Superintendents to ensure the best outcomes. Ben is passionate about mentoring and developing up-and-coming superintendents.
     
  • Tracey Pelton has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Affairs, and has worked at PROCON for 12 years, with 25 years of experience in the AEC Industry. During her tenure, she transformed PROCON’s outward image by leading a comprehensive rebranding effort, updating everything from the website to proposals. Tracey and her team oversee the company intranet, CRM, awards and rankings, social media, public relations, and all corporate and project events, including beam-raisings, groundbreaking ceremonies, and ribbon-cuttings. She has streamlined corporate communications to clearly convey the company’s capabilities and expertise to existing and prospective partners and team members. Tracey also leads PROCON’s philanthropic initiatives and serves on the Easterseals NH/VT board, the NH Workforce Innovation Board, the Bring Back the Trades Taskforce, and the Mark Stebbins Community Center fundraising committee.
