I found my lifetime job. Everyone is so friendly here. I love the cookouts and lunches on special occasions and the extra paychecks and bonuses. I also love how Mark and Sally are very generous with the local charities. It shows what great people they are to work for. It's amazing how they know everyone's name.

Team atmosphere, I like knowing the answers are a phone call away if we need them. Being able to work with the Architects & PM's in the office to solve urgent problems on site is rare. It's different than any other construction company I've been at. The benefits package is very good, and doesn't cost much at all. Ownership seems to actually care. They think about what we want. They recognized us field employees at Gillette Stadium last year, it was awesome! They even brought us ice cream to the site recently. Sometimes in the field you feel forgotten, but not here.

PROCON is a growing company that appreciates its employees and offers a true family atmosphere where we are one team with one goal to earn lasting partnerships by designing and building exceptional projects as if they were our own. Every one works to find solutions and works as a team. It is the best corporate culture I have ever been a part of. I love my team, the management, our clients/partners and the exciting projects we are able to be a part of. With less than 3% turnover and high employee tenure this is a diamond in the rough type of company.
