Lance Bennett
Co-President
Lance Bennett is a Co-President of PROCON and has 38 years of construction experience and has been with PROCON since 1984. He is responsible for overseeing the success of each construction project by supporting the owner, construction team, and directly with the project manager and lead superintendent. Lance graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. Lance interfaces with the Owner as early as possible and monitors the progress throughout the project. Prior to construction, he works closely with the Design Team reviewing constructability, scheduling, and coordination issues, and with Estimating developing schedules, qualifying subcontractors, and reviewing buyout strategies and value engineering options. During construction Lance attends Owners and Subcontractors meetings, reinforces jobsite safety, and reviews schedule status and quality control. Lance also serves on PROCON’s Executive Management Team which is responsible for establishing PROCON’s strategic direction and financial goals.
