North Andover, MA – In September 2018, Merrimack College opened the Dr. Alfred L. Arcidi Center - the latest addition to its growing campus. PROCON of Manchester, NH was the architect of record for the project in collaboration with DSK Architecture of Concord, MA who is actively engaged in the master planning of the campus.

Manchester, NH – September, 2018 was the culmination of another successful “Get on the Bus” Stebbins Family Challenge Match for Granite United Way. Twenty-five new companies became corporate donors and earned a seat on the bus to a New England Patriots’ game at Gillette Stadium.

Walpole, MA – In spring 2018, Home2 Suites by Hilton Walpole Foxborough made its Bay State debut and welcomed the first guests at 2375 Providence Highway. Jiten Hotel Management (JHM) of Brockton, MA teamed up with PROCON of Manchester, NH that designed and built the 4-story hotel.

Londonderry, NH – In Spring 2018, Pro Star Aviation opened the doors of its new 45,000 SF hangar and shop in Londonderry, NH. Excited employees moved into their new headquarters at 8 Kelly Avenue on the east side of the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. PROCON of Manchester NH, a leader in the design and construction of aviation facilities, designed and built the new hangar. 

Portsmouth, NH – PROCON of Manchester, NH started construction on the first AC Hotel by Marriott located in the Granite State. The 152,000 SF AC Hotel and Event Center is going up at 299 Vaughan Street in Portsmouth. The project is a collaboration between developers Cathartes of Boston MA, and XSS Hotels of Manchester, NH. 

Manchester, NH – On May 9, 2018 PROCON Owners Mark and Sally Stebbins were honored with the Live United Award at the Currier Museum in Manchester for their impact on the 2016/2017 Granite United Way Campaign. The Stebbins Family “Get on the Bus” Challenge Match brought in twenty-five new corporate donors.

Manchester, NH – On March 23, 2018, Child and Family Services (CFS) of NH, hosted their 4th Annual SleepOut to raise community awareness and funds for homeless and at-risk youth. The CFS team was joined by state and local business leaders, advocates and supporters at the Stanton Plaza in Manchester.

Merrimack, NH – An upscale mixed-use development is about to be added to the Merrimack landscape. Work on a new hotel, conference center, apartments, retail spaces and an office building is anticipated to begin in fall 2018 at the entrance of the Merrimack Premium Outlets.

Waltham, MA – Construction is well underway on a new dual-brand Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott located at 250 Second Avenue in Waltham, MA. XSS Hotels of Manchester NH, is the developer and PROCON, also located in Manchester, is the architect and construction manager for the project.

Portsmouth, NH – A 65,000 SF commercial office space is underway at 75 Portsmouth Blvd in Portsmouth, NH. Locally-based developer The Kane Company is the owner, and PROCON of Manchester, NH is the designer and construction manager.

Andover, MA – Just as the dust settled on September 2017 opening festivities for the Crowe Hall Academic Building, the shovels were back in the ground on a new project. In December 2017, College President Christopher E. Hopey, Ph.D., was joined by Board of Trustees Members, officials and colleagues for a groundbreaking ceremony kicking off construction on the Dr. Alfred L. Arcidi Welcome Center.

Worcester, MA – On December 7, 2017, Rand-Whitney was joined by City of Worcester dignitaries, partners and their employees, who gathered at the company’s Worcester headquarters at One Agrand Street for a beam-signing ceremony. Among the attendees were Worcester City Manager Edward M. Augustus and City Councilor George Russell.

Manchester, NH – On November 1, 2017 Easterseals NH hosted a ribbon cutting and renaming ceremony for its renovated 555 Auburn Street headquarters in Manchester. Easterseals NH President and CEO Larry Gammon was joined by PROCON Owner’s Mark and Sally Stebbins and Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas.

Bedford, NH – On the evening of October 26, 2017, PROCON of Manchester, NH took home two Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC NH/VT)  Excellence in Construction awards for its projects. A/E/C industry professionals from throughout the region gathered at the Manchester Country Club in Bedford for the celebration. This event is the construction industry’s premier annual awards program that recognizes the most challenging and safest construction projects in the region. PROCON was recognized for Brightview Senior Living Community in Canton, MA and the Residence Inn by Marriott in Watertown, MA.

Manchester, NH – On October 1 2017, twenty-five Granite United Way business supporters and their guests boarded a bus to Gillette Stadium for a New England Patriots game. It was a fun and eventful conclusion to the 2016/2017 “Get on the Bus” Stebbins Family Challenge Match that raised over $100,000 for non-profits that support the community.

North Andover, MA – On September 14, 2017, Merrimack College celebrated the opening of Crowe Hall — its first academic building in nearly 30 years — with “An Evening of Gratitude.” College President Christopher E. Hopey, Ph.D., was joined by Board of Trustees Members, faculty, students and colleagues to celebrate the building’s inauguration. It was a milestone occasion for the college whose last new academic building opened in 1989.

Londonderry, NH – September 2017 began on a momentous note for Pro Star Aviation with a truss-raising for their 45,000 SF hangar and shop currently underway in Londonderry, NH. The new hangar and office facility will be located at 8 Kelly Avenue, east of the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and adjacent to its machining entity, Pro Star Precision Machining. PROCON of Manchester, NH is the designer and construction manager for the project.

Pawtucket, RI – 455 Narragansett Park in Pawtucket was buzzing with activity on July 27 as Rand-Whitney Container cut the ribbon on its newly expanded facility. Company officials were joined by Governor Gina Raimondo, state and local representatives and business partners. Rand-Whitney owner, Robert Kraft and Jonathan Kraft of The Kraft Group attended the momentous event and enjoyed catching up with their team.

Chelsea, MA – On June 8, 2017, XSS Hotels and PROCON of Manchester, NH were honored with the 2017 Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) Award for Brownfields.  Local leaders, environmental officials, and guests packed the Marriott Copley Place Ballroom in Boston for the 27th annual awards event.

Worcester, MA – On May 16, 2017, XSS Hotels Managing Partners Leo Xarras and Mark Stebbins were honored with the 2017 Robert S. Bowditch Economic Development Award by the Worcester Business Development Corporation (WBDC). The award was presented to them for their impact on Worcester’s economic development over the last 20 years.
